Rebuild the Old Ruins
Beloved of the Lord- Who has eyes to see? Who will look beyond their own place in the wall and see the ruins and desolation caused by the enemy? For My city is in ruins and the walls are weak in many places. Because of the mortar lacking in many places, the enemy has pushed out My lively stones and they lay in the dust in the ruins. The enemy attacks through those breaches in the wall and steals the supplies of My people. Many times your storehouse is depleted for your adversary has entered in through the breach and has stolen the gifts and the treasures that I have provided for you for your beauty and honor. It is time to ask how to rebuild the walls. It is time to see the ruins and desire strength in your walls. I tell you the enemy moves along your walls to find a chink in the mortar. And what is the mortar? The mortar is love. It is the only substance that will bind you together and make your walls inpenetrable. I will rebuild the old ruins. I will restore the glory of the walls. Through My love and by My love you will bind yourselves together. I will gather those stones from the dust and I will place them in their place - stone upon stone, strength upon strength. For I have called you a glorious city - one of beauty and light - one that will draw the nations to your safety. For I have made you a refuge and a fortress, the dwelling place of your God.
