• Provide an atmosphere for the cultivation of godly fellowship among members.
• Foster Christ-like relationships based on mutual respect, concern and love for one another.
• Edify, exhort and encourage one another with the Word of God.
• Encourage mutual, godly accountability with respect to conduct, but without dominance or repression in any form.
• Provide means of recognition and knowledge of a member's ministry and to assist in the fulfillment of that ministry.
• Mutually promote member's ministries.

Our Vision
The vision of FCMI is to see the Body of Christ united and flowing together as one body. This does not mean that we will forget our individual calls and come together with everyone as one big, happy church. Rather, God has indeed called us individually in the Body, but He has also called us to work together as one body.

Ephesians 4:16 tells us that we are "joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share..." It is in this working together, along with the love walk, that causes us to grow up or mature in the Lord.

Ecclesiastes 4:9 says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up."

We need one another and the world needs us working together. We each have a unique and purposeful call of God on our life to which we must be obedient. However, there are times when God calls us to a work that is greater that what we can accomplish individually or even within our own church family. It is in these times  that the purpose of FCMI is fulfilled.

We are in covenant with God and with one another. We are also co-laborers with God and with one another. Our desire is to see the Glorious Church rise up, join with the Lord and each other, and do the work of the ministry in the magnitude that the Lord intended. Competition, division and lack of love has hindered the work of the Lord to the point where it is difficult for the world to see Jesus in us.

The vision of FCMI is to see those called of God to come together in one accord, with one mind and purpose, to further the Kingdom of God, not our own. Members of FCMI will unify with a servant's heart and bring the love of God to their community at and by the direction of the Holy Spirit.
